Below are the questions that our customers inquire regularly. If you cannot find the answer to your question, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our friendly customers service representatives will be glad to assist you.
How much will the shipping cost?
Most of our products are free shipping except for all of our office furniture product. If shipping cost is unsure, please feel free to contact us via "contact us" for a shipping quotation.
How long will the shipping take?
Transit time for every product will be vary due to availability at our warehouse and at the factory. The delivery location and shipping method will be a main factor also.
For products that is available in our warehouse locates in California,US, product will be shipped out after transaction is complete. Tracking information(if available) & ETA will be advised once it is available base on the delivery service selected at the time of purchase.
For product that ships out from the factory directly, item will be transport via ocean unless other method is specificly request by the customer. Estimated transit time from factory to the nearest US port(Long Beach, CA) will normally take around 21-23 days. After product is clear by U.S. customs, it will transport to the final destination via truck and/or rail, transit time to final destination can range from 3 to 20 days.
Our customer service representative will provide updated status once available to keep our customers posted on their order.
Production time?
For product that is custom made or out of stock, production time will be 10-15 days. Production will not start until full payment was received.
What kind of payment method will be acceptable?
We are gladly accepting PayPal and credit card as our payment method.
What is DFS return policy?
Customer may return product that they ordered within 30 days after received product. Please email dfssuperstore@gmail.com for further instruction. Please include order # in the subject line of the email.
Is local pick up available?
Yes, local pick up is available and please advise prior ordering via email dfssuperstore@gmail.com. After notification received, we will provide the pick up location and instruction in reply if product is located in US warehouse. If product needed to be ship from factory, our customer service representative will notify customer once product is available to pick up at port or warehouse.
